Administrative Staff

Martha Richard-Nabuurs joined the staff at St. Dunstan's Basilica as Office Administrator in June of 2010. She is the "Go To" person for anyone who has questions about anything going on at the church. She has a warm voice and big smile for anyone who needs to contact the parish and is always there to help. Martha was born into a very proud Acadian family who's roots are in Mont Carmel, PEI, but she grew up in Summerside, the lucky number 13th child of Frank and Delima Richard. She currently resides in Charlottetown with her husband Frank. She has 5 children the youngest still living at home and in grade 11 at Colonel Gray. Martha enjoys singing in St. Dunstan’s adult choir. If you need anything at St. Dunstan's, Martha is always there with a smile to help you out.

Jason is the financial administrator for the parish. His responsibilities include reviewing accounting entries and procedures, tax compliance, financial statement preparation and budgeting, as well as maintaining the parish's website. Jason also sits on the Property and Finance Board for the parish, where he is the financial secretary.

Jason graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2005 with a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science. He worked in an IT company from 2006-2012. In 2013,  Jason attended UPEI and studied accounting, and enrolled in the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy. Jason passed the Uniform Final Evaluation(UFE) in September 2014, and received his Chartered Accountant designation in February 2016.

Jason worked as a manager at Fitzpatrick and Company, Chartered Professional Accountants  in Charlottetown, PEI,  from 2013-2019.  Jason is currently the Corporate Controller of the Food Division at DP Murphy Inc .

Jason and his wife, Stephanie, along with their six children are parishioners at St. Dunstan's Basilica.
